The Christmas card was inspired by patches you would see on a grandmothers quilt. It is the perfect item to use against the bitter cold. People want to have and share their warm thoughts to others. There are so many items and activites that people do during Christmas. One family, might have the tradition of decorating gingerbread houses, or perhaps going on a sleigh ride together. The illustrations were to show everyone’s variation of Christmas, but how they all share the same feelings of family and nostalgia. This project was also used towards a fundraiser for an award for the Student Annual which became sold out.
